Alla Bakery Grangusto, gesti antichi e passione contemporanea guidano impasti che rispettano il tempo: attesa, lievitazione e cottura lenta. Farine selezionate, lievito madre e lavorazione a mano; cottura su pietra in forni a legna per fragranza e leggerezza. Pane dalle croste dorate, dal bianco all’Altamura e varianti di stagione; pizza leggera con lunghe lievitazioni e alta digeribilità. Nella nostra bakery trovi impasti soffici, bordo dorato e superfici lucide d’olio buono.

Selected flours, yeast and processing by hand, cooked on stone in wood-burning ovens for fragrance and lightness.
